- Coordination: our team will guide you through all the preparations needed for your elopement.
- Day of Wedding Assistant: your day of assistant will be available to meet you at your hotel up to 3 hours prior to your pickup time. They can assist you with snacks, steaming/ironing, buttons/zippers, errands for forgotten items, packing your to-go bag, or basically anything you need.
- Concierge Services: local concierge services to assist you with all aspects of your visit; travel advice, recommendations on accommodations, dinner reservations, tours and more.
- Venue: elope in the pines at our guaranteed private forest venue.
- Bridal Hair and Makeup: professional hair and makeup services provided at your hotel
- Black Car Service: our professional driver will pick you up at your Flagstaff area hotel in a sparkling clean Yukon Denali and drive you to and from your elopement.
- Red Carpet Arrival: yes, it’s true, we literally roll out the red carpet upon your arrival to our location.
- Wedding Officiant: a non-denominational wedding officiant to assist you with crafting the perfect ceremony and handle the legal paperwork.
- Wedding Musician: an acoustic musician the play music of your choice for your wedding ceremony
- Photography: 3-hours of professional photography that covers ceremony, picnic and newlywed photos at a couple of locations; sneak peek images provided within 1-week, full gallery access in 1 month.
- Custom Bridal Bouquet: stunning mixed floral bridal bouquet tailored to your personal style and color preferences.
- Witnesses: our staff will witness and sign your marriage license; you may also bring two adult witnesses of your own if you prefer.
- Picnic for Two: an upgraded and unique picnic setup in the pines under a beautifully draped canopy with a gourmet grazing board and sparkling water to enjoy at your convenience during your elopement with us; includes rug, small table, linens, decor, pillows, and canopy.
